Silber Investment Properties sells multi-generational shopping center. 

The Woodbury Country Square has been in the same family for over 70 years. Originally a poultry farm in the 1930’s that encompassed much of Jericho Tpke to Woodbury Rd the remaining 1 ½ acre parcel was built into a 9-store 15,650 square foot shopping center in the 1970’s and has operated as one ever since.  Anthony Ciafardoni and Adam Silber exclusively represented ownership as well as the purchaser in this transaction.
