Spring brought movement. A handful of deals tied up in negotiation through winter are now in contract. Buyers accepted that rates won’t return to 3% and adjusted their models. Sellers who wanted to move met them closer to the middle.
Nothing is cheap. But deals are happening and activity is picking up heading into summer.
